This honestly what I always wanted from a modern Godzilla story. The fact the original Gojira from its inception was a thought-provoking science fiction about the horror of the atomic bomb, the complex science added to the show actually fits very well.

Spoilers on literally everything. . . . So based on what I understand (I think), the Singular Points are concepts, calculators... and/or higher-dimensional beings from higher-dimensional planes of existence that are competing with each other in the form of the Kaiju. Each 'species' of Kaiju representing one of the Singular Points and their attempts to one-up one another to find 'a correct answer'. The Godzilla Singular Point is the one that is currently winning against the other Singular Points. The overwhelming advantage that the Godzilla Singular Point has is currently contributing to the Catastrophe that the series has been building up to. The 2nd contender to the Godzilla Singular Point likely goes to the Gabara and Baragon fusion, Salunga. 3rd is the Manda or Rodan Singular Points, this being because of the recently evolved 3rd (now giant) form of the Rodan species taking form (albeit being immediately decimated by the omnipotent destructive power of the Godzilla Singular Point). The Angirus Singular Point; the Kumonga, Kamakuras, and Megalon fusion Singular Points; and the Hedorah Singular Points being some of the least powerful Singular Points right now that are currently capable of materializing into the Universe. There are probably a countless number of Kaiju Singular Points but they lack the power or 'right answers' of the other Singular Points necessary to materialize into the universe that their 'friendly' competition is affecting. Based on the recent appearance of the moths resembling Mothra, I think it's likely that the Mothra Singular Point has just only recently gained enough power to materialize into the Universe and is going to exponentially gain power (I believe the Golden Dust that the moths were releasing is some kind of neutralizing agent to the Red Dust of the other Singular Points, maybe a higher/lower state of Archetype), surpassing the Godzilla Singular Point, maybe resulting in the complete evaporation of the competing Singular Points (think Hawking Radiation), concluding the contest and the Catastrophe somehow, maybe the Universe will cease to exist, merge with other universes (maybe the episode ending sequence is foreshadowing?) or is reset, who knows at this point. I have no idea if any of what I just said makes any sense but it is what I can gather from my limited understanding of the plot. This is the most unique take on Godzilla, 2nd place belonging to Shin Godzilla that I've ever seen. I'm excited for the 13th episode in a few days. @puteqx if salunga had succeeded in breaking the shiva computer earlier (which he waa seconds away from), it would have been gg, so seconds before the point of no return (via salunga), hours before the absolute end (via godzilla).
Prithvi (earth ) Akash(space ) kiran(light ) agni(fire) jal (water) - Sanskrit "Pancha Tatva" refers to the five elements in Hindu philosophy: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. These elements are believed to constitute the physical universe.
When you write it out like that, the last word ("Deva"/"Manifest") almost reads like an "execute" command for a program's code (the entire song before it). Fitting, considering the nature of the song in-universe...
The Reiwa era really shows the God in Godzilla. Singular Point’s Godzilla has been Terraforming Tokyo to his liking. The other Anime Godzilla, Earth has turned Earth into his personal Kingdom. Shin Godzilla terrorising Japan only temporarily stoped. And the MonsterVerse shows Godzilla as the Ruler of Earth who can Crush all in his path
It's so tragically beautiful, the final roar is terrifying! This is the Dagoth Ur of Godzillas- tell me that doesn't remind you of Red Mountain in Morrowind?
I love this show for many reasons Godzilla being an interdimensional destroyer, the music, jet Jaguar finally being back in action, but something that I really enjoyed was the scientific approach that they took to this like not a lot of people know this but all the terms or most of them at the very least are derived from or are actually real scientific terms if wasn't for the fact that all the monster action had me in a complete blurry Haze of pure excitement I probably would have understood the show the first time I watched it.(which in my mind is more of a plus than it is a minus) Now don't get me wrong in my opinion they do have a slight pacing issue and they could try to be a little more clever on how they deliver the exposition sometimes, but those in my opinion are very minor issues for the show this is got to be one of my favorite Godzilla series and probably my favorite version of Godzilla. I'm caught between Shin and Ultima. (All in all the only thing I would have done differently it's just include more monster action but it doesn't matter how much monster action you give me it could be 100% monster action, I'm always going to ask for more so that's less of a complaint and more like me just being spoiled)
Well this can go right into my list of best Godzilla OSTs alongside KoTM’s “Goodbye Old Friend” Both of those really hit the “God” in Godzilla. Hell, Goodbye Old Friend is sung in BABYLONIAN to really hammer home the whole ancient god thing
If that's the case, is that the direct translation of the chorus and their hymn -- "good-bye, old friend", or did McCreary create something more detailed? - take care, slainte chugat
My heart melts when the 2nd verse hits, it’s so beautiful and sounds so good with the mixed notes and high notes. All together makes me hard, is it weird to get that from songs?
One of the few animes I have watched more than once and will keep re-watching; yeah some of the techo ideas were rushed and felt like I was getting pitched a flurry of fast balls at times, but some of those were *really* cool fastballs and the characters themselves weren't sure of what was happening and exploring in different directions what MIGHT be going on. And then you find, it all comes back to this song, right where it started. The production values on it were top knotch, full of reimagined tributes, and just the feel of it... perfectly captured by... This. I wish and hope this team comes together for other projects.
This version gives me chills it fits the theme so well as everyone is getting ready for the final confrontation to stop the end of the world and universe
I still feel like this show was an interesting Sci Fi story that just had the Godzilla name and toho properties slapped on afterwards (how much of a difference would it have made if the show had used original monsters instead, really?), but regardless of that it still made use of all of it incredibly well. Even if the impact on the story and show as a whole is minimal in my opinion, every bit of it is a love letter to Godzilla fans. The new designs, the sound design, and the music especially is absolutely amazing.
I am willing to argue that Godzilla Ultima due to his apocalyptic nature is one of the scariest Anime characters of all time including the Titans from Attack on titan, the Goblins from Goblin Slayer, the Bunny monsters from Blood C, [Though to be honest I am pretty sure that Godzilla Ultima can solo all of the monsters from all 3 of the other universes making Godzilla Ultima the most dangerous and therefore the most scary] ....Who Agrees??????
"The old snake, who is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world, was thrown down to the earth; and his angels were thrown down with him." Singular Point godzilla is this quote, damn
This and the new creative kaiju designs are probably the only truly worthy contributions to the franchise. Its the most omnious Godzilla theme I've ever seen. But god did they fail on making things interesting to watch.
@@Kaijuxyz216 Its 100% the latter, nobody wants to see exposition dumping about physics instead of the living monsters, you cannot tell me people actually think this is the best Godzilla entry because of it.
My understanding of Singular Points: They are basically things that link our universe to the other universe where the kaiju are from. Some of them use archetype to summon stuff like the Rodans and Mandas who need archetype to survive. Notice how the Rodans normally swarm around Godzilla? I think thats why. Also notice how the Rodans die if they stay out of archetype for too long. Salrunga might also be a Singular Point but i cant confirm that.
This show was my first real contact with Godzilla, besides one or two of the recent movies (the ones with the Stanger Things girl) and i really enjoyed it. My only real complaint was that i wish we got to see the characters interact a bit more
Even tho this is Godzilla Singular Point It reminds me of Ghidorah and how he can just end the world and do massive destruction Especially Void Ghidorah
I like the anima a lot, but I feel like there were a lot of things that really had no connection to a lot of this but they forced them to have a connection like, an eastern song, though they did do extremely well and I guess they need to keep that mystical side of godzilla alive.

@@aravsingh2868 exactly, only watched the anime trilogy for Godzilla and it was so disappointing I didn’t binge any other anime’s, this is what got me into them, I’ll possibly consider attack on Titan.
@@jaydenpoyser8418 Godzilla trilogy is considered terrible by everyone. Kinda sad it was your first anime
@@jaydenpoyser8418 if you want something like godzilla SP, Neon Genesis Evangelion is good.
attack on titan is great too! since that series is almost wrapping up its worth watching
I’ll be first to admit that this show was a mixed bag. The Science was a little too convoluted, the cast was too big, the show needed some more breathing room to present it’s ideas.
But goddamn did this show have great stuff! The kaiju were awesome, the science was interesting regardless of how convoluted it was, and this show’s interpretation of Jet Jaguar is my personal favorite. And on top of that, I loved the music and art direction they took with the show as well.
It’s a hard show for most people to get into, but I’m looking forward to a season 2 if they do decide to do it. Hopefully they tweak a few of the flaws this season had to get more people on board with this show.
Jet Jaguar with the anguirus spear was badass.
NOT GONNA LIE THIS SONG IS THE ONE OF THE BEST SONGS IN MY PLAYLIST :))
Beautiful. There's no other word to describe it.
Not sure if this's right, also I found this on Reddit too!

Sankalpa Samvaad Kaivalya Ishvara Puja Hari hari Gana Amritam Ausharnyam Pradharsha Dharma Seso ruti Rutam rutam Deha
i think some of the words are wrong:
agadi= agni(god of fire/fire)
morang=mounam(silence)
This just speaks like the end of the world, its so beautiful yet creepy and disturbing
God Indian language sounds so ominous yet hopeful at the same time
this really brings out how fucking scary Ultima is as he was seconds away from destroying the universe in ep 13
@puteqx if salunga had succeeded in breaking the shiva computer earlier (which he waa seconds away from), it would have been gg, so seconds before the point of no return (via salunga), hours before the absolute end (via godzilla).
Prithvi (earth ) Akash(space ) kiran(light ) agni(fire) jal (water) - Sanskrit
"Pancha Tatva" refers to the five elements in Hindu philosophy: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. These elements are believed to constitute the physical universe.
Song is absolutely haunting and sad once you get too this scene in the final episode.
I definitely cried
Lyrics:
Dvarapala (Door guardian)
RauUpala (precious stone)
Prithvi (earth)
Akash (upper sky, aether)
Kirana hi kirana (rays of light)
Agni (Fire)
Utkarsh (Rising)
Ra-Prani- (prani means living things)
Kana- (atom/small particles)
Mrityu Doota- (messenger of death)
Mounam dha mounam (silence and silence)
phalu isha (ruled by him)
Sankalpa (determination)
Samvaad (conversation)
Kaival Karma (Only Fate)
Ishvara (god)
Puja (prayer)
Hari hari (diety who removes darkness and illusion)
Gana (Song ,(ipso facto, Resolve , talking is only fate. so resign to singing name of God.))
Amritam (immortality)
Aushdham (Medicine)
Prabala (strong)
Sa-dharma(with righteousness)
Satsang (Good/Truthful companion)
Gauri (Fair)
Rutam rutam (balance , of physical, ethical, moral, spiritual forces)
Deva (manifestation)
When you write it out like that, the last word ("Deva"/"Manifest") almost reads like an "execute" command for a program's code (the entire song before it). Fitting, considering the nature of the song in-universe...
Someone should make an edit of this where this is playing over godzilla melting down
the heisei one? don't think it fits though
That'd be interesting to see/hear, due to the subtext of this song.
I think it will be more fitting for destroyah or shin because the lyrics talk about rays that are burning the water and a messenger of death comes
i love this song because it makes me think of godzilla as more of a cosmic equalizer and ruler than as just a big lizard monster
I hope the soundtrack goes onto spotify
it is, infact... on spotify.
It's so tragically beautiful, the final roar is terrifying!
This is the Dagoth Ur of Godzillas- tell me that doesn't remind you of Red Mountain in Morrowind?
Literly the most scariest theme song to exist now
Perfect mashup for Shin Godzilla theme
This story is so much better than Gorilla goes to hollow earth to find magic super axe.
Not the biggest fan of that movie and I do prefer singular point
Not everyone is Stephen Hawking, you dick
This song really does capture how Beautiful The End is.
The god of the kaijus Godzilla Ultima true Form
I ca never get over how earth-shatteringly chilling this is!
idk why but i found this the most terrifying sound track, it was always eerie when it played
0:20 bro this part makes this be the best music of the cartoon
I love this show for many reasons Godzilla being an interdimensional destroyer, the music, jet Jaguar finally being back in action, but something that I really enjoyed was the scientific approach that they took to this like not a lot of people know this but all the terms or most of them at the very least are derived from or are actually real scientific terms if wasn't for the fact that all the monster action had me in a complete blurry Haze of pure excitement I probably would have understood the show the first time I watched it.(which in my mind is more of a plus than it is a minus)
Now don't get me wrong in my opinion they do have a slight pacing issue and they could try to be a little more clever on how they deliver the exposition sometimes, but those in my opinion are very minor issues for the show this is got to be one of my favorite Godzilla series and probably my favorite version of Godzilla.
I'm caught between Shin and Ultima.
(All in all the only thing I would have done differently it's just include more monster action but it doesn't matter how much monster action you give me it could be 100% monster action, I'm always going to ask for more so that's less of a complaint and more like me just being spoiled)
The music is one of the very few things this show did better than the Polygon trilogy, to be frank.
I cannot begin to describe what I felt when I heard this in the episode. It was incredible.
When the choir was singing I had goosebumps it was so good
"Yellow moths flying are a sign of warfare." -Otaki Goro, 2030, Godzilla Singular Point.
Well this can go right into my list of best Godzilla OSTs alongside KoTM’s “Goodbye Old Friend”
Both of those really hit the “God” in Godzilla.
They should add this for kaiju universe and every time we play with Godzilla ultimate we here this for background music
WE MAKIN OUT OF THE RED SAND WITH THIS ONE💯💯💯🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️
This version gives me chills it fits the theme so well as everyone is getting ready for the final confrontation to stop the end of the world and universe
I’m using this for my dnd game when someone uses a scroll of summoning tarasque.
I love this version a ton more. The feeling a going into battle (to me it felt like that.) it’s just, wow
The roar at the end is so perfect, what a song
Godzilla's skeleton was broadcasting this song by the way. I guess maybe his bones can store data memory's?
I still feel like this show was an interesting Sci Fi story that just had the Godzilla name and toho properties slapped on afterwards (how much of a difference would it have made if the show had used original monsters instead, really?), but regardless of that it still made use of all of it incredibly well. Even if the impact on the story and show as a whole is minimal in my opinion, every bit of it is a love letter to Godzilla fans. The new designs, the sound design, and the music especially is absolutely amazing.
The eyes on that Godzilla really strike a deep fear
This just might be my new favorite piece of music in the franchise
THIS IS THE BEST VIDEOO EVERRRRRRRRRR IT MAKES MY SKIN RISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pov: you insulted the wheelchair kid and he stands up and the choir kids start singing your death
Personally I would have been fine seeing the world end at the ending for some reason
its such underrated series it only appear in my feed after I started seeing planet eater trilogy.
Me when Im watching the show: No clue about whats going on but I love it
Showa: Defender of Earth
Heisei: The Anti-Hero
Millennium: A force of nature
Legendary: The Alpha
Reiwa: *GOD*
isnt uh, legendary *part of the reiwa era*
@@theturnedtable2605 sorta
I really like this song and this anime so much. It's been a long time since I enjoyed one this much. And this song I can't stop hearing it in my head.
This and the new creative kaiju designs are probably the only truly worthy contributions to the franchise.
Its the most omnious Godzilla theme I've ever seen.
But god did they fail on making things interesting to watch.
either it’s too smart for a general viewer or it got carried away with how smart it was
@@Kaijuxyz216 Its 100% the latter, nobody wants to see exposition dumping about physics instead of the living monsters, you cannot tell me people actually think this is the best Godzilla entry because of it.
This song gives me chill everytime I listen it
My understanding of Singular Points: They are basically things that link our universe to the other universe where the kaiju are from.
The power of singularity creates a new world
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!
This show was my first real contact with Godzilla, besides one or two of the recent movies (the ones with the Stanger Things girl) and i really enjoyed it. My only real complaint was that i wish we got to see the characters interact a bit more
I CANT STOP WATCHING THIS IT'S SO MAJESTIC-😭
This song gives me goosebumps
Jet Jaguar PP, I know you're in here somewhere
I got chills when this version began to play in episode 12
I like how even being from a different culture, to me this lubally resembles to the OG Mothra theme which is indonesian in origin.
Underrated show.
You walking home after seeing the final notes:
That one dislike comes from the Godzilla
I love how the Godzilla Ultima roar is a mix of Heisei and Millennium
Even tho this is Godzilla Singular Point
It reminds me of Ghidorah and how he can just end the world and do massive destruction
Especially Void Ghidorah
This is like "Who will Know" all over again
the title should be" toho smol pp if they take this video down"
I like the anima a lot, but I feel like there were a lot of things that really had no connection to a lot of this but they forced them to have a connection like, an eastern song, though they did do extremely well and I guess they need to keep that mystical side of godzilla alive.
This song can be played during Apocalypse:)
Its a joke but its BEATIFUL
I LITERALLY WATCHED THE WHOLE SEASON AND WITH THIS SONG I WAS CRAZY AND MY MOM WAS SCARED 😱! 😂
You thought Shin Godzilla was a god incarnate? Think again. 🐲
