- This is a 10 day strength training series designed for beginners. We go through proper technique and form as we are lifting. Start with low weights and repeat while bumping up in weight. Workouts are about 20 mins in length. Once ready, move on to my Thuder series which is a more advanced strength training series. Strength training is essential as we age to keep our muscle mass and bone density!
