An " Old Timer " told us that he knew where there was a secret Gold mine that was very rich with Free Mill Gold in dark red stained quartz that he was getting Gold from so we wrote down his directions and went looking for his secret Gold mine. You know i smashed that like button before the video even got started i have been waiting for more of this real life treasure hunt how i envy your journey right now.
Jeff and Lila, wished I was a fly on your pack along for the ride. If that was a sampling of the ore you tested, what a find. It would be worth the try to get a claim like that area. And to be able to get there by vehicle would be fantastic. Thanks for the trip!!
Hey look, it’s my favorite gold miner , prospector and geologist!!! I’ve seen those piles of material that look completely out of place and always wondered how it got there?
10000 years ago was the ice dam from Montana to the ocean we have had lots of smaller fluds in the past but big one was holding up a lot of water 💧 it hit the ocean in 3 days so all the lore states got hit hard with gold 👏
Happy Sunday Jeff!! Thanks for sharing, love your adventures! I love to poke around the old workings here in Globe Arizona, copper country. Still learning a lot, but for now I’m having a good time collecting a few copper oxides here and there!
Lots of granite crumbling there with viens right next to them. That would be a great place to sample im guessing. Its Amazine how they got equipment into those remote places back in the day. There weren't many roads back then. So if you found a camp that tells me it had to be profitable.!
It's a great opportunity that in the old days 2 oz per ton wasn't enough to bother with so now there are abandoned diggings all over that are very profitable. I wonder what era? Late 1800s? I think you found it, Jeff. In that wash. Maybe some of the outcrops, huh?
Yes the timing of certain mines closing because ot wasnt profitable could be a huge clue. I think if there was a geology survey it would help. Lots of mines never made it into the geology surveys reports. This im certain of.
I love watching Jeffs eyes light up and get wide when he sees certain formations or evidence, etc. , I study and read expressions and body language and, many of the same things that would get me excited like he gets get him excited and I can see it before he says it. Its a great feeling.
Honestly, you’re the best person who figures this stuff out. Incomparable Jeff. Wish you the best of luck, Jeff. One of your sincere channel fans from Saudi Arabia.🌸🙏
Great video homie. Love the knowledge as always the evidence of the hand. Stacking is epic and awesome verification for the hand stacking in my area probably done by the Spanish though they had dugout Pitts in the bedrock under the washes as catch buckets.
I love that you and Lila have a taste for adventure and wisdom. A fellow by the name of Slim and his illegitimate children know🤣. Yours and Lila s enthusiasm is encouraging. 😊
How are you doing, steve Austin? I get so excited watching your videos.Your one amazing bloke .❤ learning so much about geology. Love you in Australia Coffs harbour Josie
Jeff , I am 54 am I to old to learn all this amazing geology stuff?? I have put in over 20k hours study for natural medicine over last decade, wish I would have balanced it with some geology. Well my studies have saved my life and others and of course The Good Lord Jesus!! I watch your show and rediscovered my love of the earth and treasure. I love reading and absorbing knowledge. I am actually trying to learn from you and see if I can get my teenage kids into it. I am ready to go all in. I can feel it. Its like a mission and I dont think I will be satisfied till we are up in those hills with you and using our collective knowledge and mules and tools lol. to enjoy that nature and find that shiny!!! And Yeah!!! YOUR GONNA GET WET!!!! So come lets go!!
Hey Jeff, here in Nova Scotia, Canada, a small gold rush was started in Waverly(1880 to 1890s) by a person starting a garden(planting potatoes) a 20-lb species was dug up! Later a mine was dug, at the top of American Hill!
hey there Jeff ,its been a while but lettin you know im not on the couch annd im killin it in Yuma , in a year ive gotton atleast 15 pounds of bullets and garbage. im going to find the shiney, its good to see your vids again thanks Jeff
Great Video, but it wasn't 35 million years ago nor was it Glacial Melt but it was a Flood You got that right lolol Tell me something, when a River comes up to a Mountain what does it usually do A. Go around it, B. Switch directions or C. Climb up hill to the top of the Mountain , Mesa or "Plateau" that was there before the river existed , & slowly erode it away, because the head waters are lower in elevation by almost 5K feet, unless of course there was a Hugh lake on top of the plateau that broke through a natural dam. You and I will always disagree on time tables but I love what you teach me about finding gold because there you are Always Right. TY Mr. Williams, from your loyal Patron Member.
Q: you want to know the worse thing? A: To have gold fever and be too crippled & disfigured to do anything about it.... really sucks. IMO Jeff Williams is the best that ive seen...

What an awesome adventure series. I bet that Randall Carlson would love to talk to you about the geomorphology of the area, from the big flood. His focus has been the younger dryas and the glacial flooding from that time. Adopt me for a winter so that I can help explore that area, I don't even want any of the gold!

1:09 the whole area looks like a massive tailings dump. Waves and waves of piles of tailings left behind by an ancient ginormous mining machine.
Honestly, you’re the best person who figures this stuff out. Incomparable Jeff. Wish you the best of luck, Jeff. One of your sincere channel fans from Saudi Arabia.🌸🙏

That would be a great thing to run into a person that has some info about where and what to look for.
9:23 I think that material was hauled there, and dumped there from somewhere else, as tailings.
