My 2017 1500 Sport does. It was an option. I have 3.92 lockers, Hemi, 8 speed, adjustable air suspension. Along with Alpine, sunroof, park sense, remote start, heated seats, etc. I found a RAM at a really good price for any hemi ram, clean Carfax, no pics whatsoever, no other description other than 2017 Ram 4 door Hemi. I went to go look at it, and someone was just coming back from a test drive and goes "I just couldn't deal with all that orange every day." Now I'm thinking, shit, it's blaze freaking orange. I'm still thinking it'll be just another problem truck someone got rid of like all the rest of them I'd seen and driven and walked away from. I went out to see it and my jaw dropped. Not a mark on it. Looked like new, just under 100k miles, every last upgrade and option you could get Copperhead Edition. Even had some really cool and well placed black metal American flags on each side that match the emblems, and the insanely cool color match trim in the interior, Alpine system, etc. drove it, engine quiet as hell, no tapping, shifted perfect, 4WD perfect, minty, never a work truck, never towed with, 0 rust, no damage underneath, absolutely a responsible owner's pride and joy, until the new trucks came out. The guy worked at this dealership. I bought it cash, out the door, with a decent warranty, for $23k. It was a last minute, have to just get something now because of the hour and 45 back and forth to work, and after all the disappointments the perfect (for me) truck just fell in my lap at the last minute. 🙏🙏🙏🎚️✌️😎
Lockers very important, but so is weight. All things being equal the lighter rig will be more capable. Got a fx4 f150 with 35s and a fx4 f250 with 37s and the f150 gets better traction. Powerwagon is in a league of its own though with swaybar disconnect and front locker.
@@TimeMarinerit may have had one, but when you put it in 4WD Low, you have to hold the traction control button til you hear a song and it'll say ESC Off in the display between the speedo and tach. Then you're locked. ✌️😎
The first one had some city slicker tires. I’m sure it could’ve went up there a lot easier like the red one did if it had better tires. All capable trucks. I wonder if a Subaru outback could handle that?
Hmm, maybe air down and turn the locker on in the 1500! I take my 2020 Rebel off-road all the time here in SE Oklahoma in some really rough stuff with no problems!
Took my 1500 Rebel G/T onto offroad trails in the Alps without any problems, but the trails were dry the entire time
Hard to compare the 2 . The 1500 doesn’t have lockers like the power wagon
That’s precisely why! Never settle for a half ton if you plan on going off road. Hurr durr. 😂
I have a 2019 1500 laramie with the offroad package and i have rear a diff locker

@@rockie307yes just totally different vehicles!
I’d love to know what tires, settings etc all 3 trucks were using?
Good Video. That Maroon dodge sounds great!!
What resonator does the latest truck have?
That was sick.! I rock a 2022 powerwagon and use it off roading heading to the gold claim.
From Canada. I have a 2024 PW and am heading out this summer with my grandsons to camp and Pam for gold. lol!
I’m just n BC. That so awesome taking them out doing that! Heavy pans my friend 🤙🏼
Essa RAM é muito fraca pra passar em terrenos se fosse a F150 passava de primeira
Tire pressures? Lockers?
one of the best videos I've seen in a long time.. thanks RAM brothers
at the beginning i would have tried the rocks on the left while topping that hill.
What kind of grill does the first RAM have? The one with LEDs.
It's from KC Lights, saw it on a UA-cam upgrade video!
So what the 1500 just too light to make it up like the other two, is that why it struggled so much more?
No front locker for one.
And the tires were slick

Lighter is better but powerwagon has front rear lockers better tires and swaybar disconnect.

Maroon dodge sounds just like mine she purrs
I had a 2001 ram 4x4 that go rite up that little hill.
Run skinnier tires in the half ton ,not rubber bands with no flexibility would turn out alot different
Chama A SÉRIE F pra ensinar a ram
there's just no traction to be had at the crux spot eh. like almost zero.
My 23 Nissan Titan Pro-4x would stomp that 1500 anywhere!!
ummmm i dont know, its a Nissan 😂
Would it stomp the red 2500?
