My only retort is if you’re working in a toxic work environment or hostile work environment, crushing your work tasks gets manipulated into doing everyone else’s job. You become tired, stressed, and lose all motivation because your job doesn’t respect you or disrespect’s your boundaries leaving you with no energy after work, and on weekends. I believe enforcing your boundaries at work as you try to complete your tasks despite the work environment sabotaging you and your good work ethic
