George Younce stated that Mark was the best quartet man he had ever worked with. That is meaning he could do it all when it comes to making a quartet sound good! He could solo, move into other vocal parts when needed, play the bass and sing at the same time, work on the PA system and bus, etc. Mark is good at all these things! Awesome Baritone!!!
I've always been really impressed. He blends no matter who he sings with and has a great voice - - he does a lot of other things well, too, as you mention!

i don't know the bass but he really need to practise harder my son can sing lower then him and he is only 16

Have you tried singing the bass vocals??? It's the hardest range to sing . I am a bass singer myself and I can go very low. But that's not what bass is about!!!
George Younce made the statement that Mark Trammell was the best quartet singer that he ever sang with in 41 years. That is quite a statement by who many consider the best Bass singer that ever lived.

George was an encourager and said that a lot of people were the best and by that I think that he meant that their heart was in gospel singing 100% and were really good at it.
Actually, what he said was that Mr. Mark was the best lead singer he ever sang with. Have the video where he says that. AND time has certainly proven him true. Mr. George was quite right on with much of what he had to say. This quartet lineup is fantastic, wonderful, and any other superlatives you an think of.
