So deductibles are 25k+10k=35k. So net salary comes out at 1.18k-35k= around 80-82k Net monthly allowance around 38-40k Total Net inhand salary =80+40=1.20 lakhs. Salary is Decent enough as you are getting atleast 2bhk in cities like Mumbai also. Best part is their Furniture allowance, LFC, Medical reimbursement and insurance, Child education fees reimbursement. These are the best part.
idk why people are not getting this point that students who are cracking this exam comes from good companies having good packages, for them this salary is not too much. So, main thing is not salary at all. Student should focus on work he'll be doing, what impact he will have, etc. But everyone posting salary slips just like exam is a piece of cake.

Allowances toh claim krenge tbhi milenge na like we are entitled to use that amount for specific purpose for which it is granted.
