Excellent video, thank you. I love how noticeably quieter the engines on the 737-MAX are. It is certainly noticeable in this video. Thank you again for posting.
I took my first Max flight the other day and I was impressed with the plane. I was in row 18 A, just behind the wing and the Leap engine was pretty quiet 🎉, now these really are whisper jets, I think it was actually louder on the ground than in the air!
Back in the 80's the planes out of San Diego were mandated to throttle back as they flew over the residential area in Pacific Beach. It was an eerie feeling when the throttles were cut, almost as if you were falling out of the sky.
Hey! I use the quik app on my ipad pro to process the videos, and upload to youtube vi the app. The youtube app on ios doesnt allow 4k uploads. Suprisingly the camera doesnt overheat, but i do keep clips at 8 min lengths for file management.

Glad you enjoyed it! The max engines are definitely a game changer for passenger comfort.

Playlist of other gps overlay videos!
Nice video…. How do you do that overlay on the video? And how did you keep your hero 7 cool enough to film this in 4k without it overheating??

I tried to grab the metrics from my Gopro 8 using gpsfix and still couldn't pull anything, what did you use for the speedometer? :)
