Audio was not in the budget the same way all those abandoned buildings is not in the budget it's in the yn mayor's pockets

@@shawdelscott9939 that's the problem with Baltimore too many uneducated people the camera has nothing to do with audio especially when we're talking about professional cameras but Baltimore has had any literacy problem for years and that's the problem with the city too many uneducated people too many slimy politicians and in Baltimore I'm sure the majority has lost a loved one internet that way so it ain't about the families and it wasn't a joke it was sarcasm
