大阪都心部の大川を舞台にした七夕のイベント、平成OSAKA天の川伝説。LEDを光源とした青く輝く約5万個の光球（いのり星）が放流され、夏の川面に一夜限りの幻想的な天の川が出現する。2013年度で5回目なるこのイベントは大阪の夏の風物詩となっている。
On July 7th 2013 (the star festival day), "Legend of the Milky Way"　was held, and 50,000 blue lights floated on the Okawa River in Osaka City. The blue light called "Inori-Boshi (prayer star in Japanese)" is a blue LED and rechargeable battery in a plastic capsule. You can enjoy the one night only Milky Way on the Okawa River.
