It won't happen because the devs are really sensitive about Kiryu beating up women. Even when you fight him in 7, he won't target any female characters. Majima, however, will so there's some hope.

Nintendo does celebrity commercials all the time, the difference is those actors actually play the games, or at least the Switch, with their families. For example, Kenan did a commercial and everyone loved it

As someone who had to catch up and have (except for the spinoffs) I second that. RGG Studios and this amazing series needs support for the great work they do.
I would , but I just don't know where to start. Do I go by release order, or by numerical order? I bought one of the discounted collections a while ago starting from 3,4,5 and have Kiwami, but man where to begin😂
@@unaisibrahim1393 my reccomendation is 0, kiwami 1, kiwami 2, skip 3-6 (or try to play them since you already own them), then 7 and 8.
A lot of people would disagree with skipping 3-6, but personally i found them boring to play. Great stories as always, but very slow and boring gameplay imo. After dropping each of them i just watched the rest of their stories on youtube lol

It'd be a pretty weird thing to get hung up over considering the Lieutenants in Zero were literally Japanese celebrity castings, last I checked. And Kuze especially went on to become a fan favorite.

@@WhyAliasIdontNeedOne yakuza was never ruined lol. the games while they are different to the older ones in some regards still hold true to what makes yakuza special even to this day which is not something every game franchise can say. While i do think this kind of advertising does not suit the series AT ALL, the new games are still great stuff and i am super excited for infinite wealth.
