I have plot in Sector B, 10 marla, just behind the pond. Not actually on the pond. It is heighted but not cleared. The just don't seem to be clearing it and it's been over 10 years.
Very unfortunate. That is a good location. That patch will definitely be cleared eventually. We checked with DHA a couple months back, the pond is actually under litigation, with no certain timeline of it getting cleared. Although early this year DHA was going some development around that area, but then they suddenly stopped.

Property rates are going to much decreased in near future so sincere advice is to avoid in buying property.
It will remain static for few years as prices are still not affordable for general public. Most will go for 10 marla
