the best kimmy user i have seen so far. heart heart, btw, I recommended using windtalker on kimmy as a replacement on arcane boots in late game because kimmy's passive every 10% attack speed, she will convert it into 5 movement speed. You do also have 20% crit chance and 20% movement speed. It is kinda actually funny for kimmy to use windtalker but it is a game changer for me.

You do also have the splash damage passive on windtalker and magic crit damage
you can't do that because she uses retribution, and she needs penetration since she doesn't use divine glaive
that would help if kimmy is on goldlane
