E-Bike Light Switch

Ok, here is an interesting video, for all you DIY's
If your are putting together your own Electric Bike,
Or maybe you want to add a light to an E-bike that you already have,
here is a video showing you how.. but when you add that light,
you might want to add a switch, so you can turn it on and off,
to conserve your battery power. There are lights for e-bikes
that have their own batteries, but why not take advantage of the
huge power source, already in place on your ride?? lets get started..

What is the name of the switch and where can I buy it?

Wait a minute, correct me if I’m wrong. First you said you wanna go from positive battery to the SWITCH, out from the switch to the light positive, out from the light negative to the battery negative. But then you went and soldered v+ to the light positive, out from light to the switch, from the switch to the positive light out from the light into the switch and from the switch to the battery negative. You did it backwards. Shouldnt the battery power go to the switch first then into the light and come out negative to the battery negative?
