While listening to this song the rain is pouring hard, feelings and emotions too. the rain stopped and I smell some strange scent. Some nights we were haunted of memories.
I have the same experience. I label memories with scents. When I smell a certain scent for a specific memory I get a flashback of that memory and the emotions I felt during that memory.
