How good was that opener, the Lufthansa 747. Great landing wonderful plane. I go to LHR regularly it would be a huge pain but I might just have to route via LAX-FRA just so I can get one more 747 ride before they’re gone.

San Diego has several wide bodies daily - British Airways to/from London; Lufthansa to/from Frankfurt for example. San Diego is a much smaller airport though.
