for group shots we got together in a discord call while we were playing and then we would just read our lines out loud while doing the head bobbing - the hardest part was usually when we both had a line in one shot, sometimes the delay from discord would cause a bigger break between the lines than i would want, but i'd just cut it out when editing to get the pacing how i wanted.
This makes me think of what would happen if the UNCS had Hunter Friends
hopefully it would go better than it did here

Wait, you can detach the camera while in custom games? You dont HAVE to be in theater?
Yes! I believe they added it first in Halo 5, you just have to turn on machinima controls in the mode settings
