Shape it to you, make the wing thinner. I know your pain, but I noticed either moving the eyeshadow up and reshaping my eye, or changing my eyeliner a little bit makes it work.

Yes, it's about the 60s eyeliner shape, the thickness can be moderated to suit you
Also, if you prefer, you can use a dark brown pencil liner which is going to give you a more subtle look and it won't take that much attention away from the lid as much a liquid or gel liner would

Your skin is so perfect I couldnt tell a difference in it after you put on your foundation. I mean do you even HAVE pores? I'm soooo jealous 😫
marianna dilorenzo you can always make a fake crease by applying the darker color slightly above your natural crease so that some of the color shows when you look forward.

I would like some advice on someone like myself whose face shows age(57) and shows discoloration of scaring and darkness under eyes on fair sky with large pores.
My eyelids kinda droop with a over hanging of skin. And thin lips also.

For the darkness under your eye you should use a pink corrector and then apply a regular concelar on to the top of that, the pink just gonna help cover the darknes. For your "large" pores use a primer and if it's still not enough you can apply serum on top. I know this serum works BEST of covering pores: Innoxa Skin Perfecting Pore Vanishing Cream. But i think there is no way to civer up your scares with make up... But you can lool for makeup tutorial on youtube for older womens, i know pixiwoo done one before, so you can check that out.. I hope that this was usefull. :)

Maya, just want to say that you are so beautiful and I just started watching your tutorials and videos and I can't get enough of it! Love, love your techniques and the way you do your makeup, looks so easy but I know for a fact that it takes practice. I'm taking online clasess for Makeup Artistry because where I live there is not makeup schools and even if there was I'm not able to afford it so what I do is watch youtube videos and practice on me. I found a lot of MUA and makeup gurus in youtube but I just want to say that "You" are so gifted and that your makeup is beautifully flawless and you have inspired me to reach my dream to be a makeup artist and I wish I could meet you and just have the oportunity to learn more from you in person but I'm happy to just know that I can learn a lot by watching your videos. I'm always envious of people who seem so sure-handed when applying eyeliner. Whether it's liquid or pencil, I can't seem to get a straight line to save my life, or I poke myself in the eye.
I LOVE LOVE the way you do your eyebrows. So natural yet zero sparseness. I questioned if you even use brow products to color them in.

Just a friendly tip: If you're not doing your eye makeup, it's kind of frustrating to keep such a close up of your face.

This is so beautiful and I wear this alot when going out! But would you be able to do a more updated Lana Del Rey make up tutorial as since Ultraviolence, Lana has changed her makeup slightly, with heavy eyeliner on her lower lid instead of on her top.

Maya I'm a new subbie. I'm 59,and I still love my make up,and because I've never suntanned, smoked and I'm full figured I still have lovely and wrinkled skin so I can still do lots of things with cosmetics. But I'm so envious you are absolutely the most beautiful of any of the beauty gurus on UA-cam without make up......and your face is such a canvas for what look you choose.
My eyes are slightly hooded now with age but not too bad.....I can't even remember what they were like when I was younger because always make up stuff and UA-cam just didn't exist! But I would love to have had eyes like you......this blended out cut Crease look absolutely gorgeous......your Brows Are perfection.
I can't afford anywhere near range of products you use....but I've got some good foundations the Naked palettes,inBasic 1,and some lovely Matt Stila eyeshadows ( I will actually got quite a nice little make-up collection) The important thing is you have inspired me to try and adapt this lookin an age appropriate way. But the one thing I can't have is the gorgeous eyeliner when your eyes are semi-hooded,every millimetre of lidspace counts so only the finest liner works. Love your videos.
