I think the problem is the road where they test it..and maybe the driver of rc390 is not feeling good thats why the rc250 looks like much faster than rc390 wich is higher displacement
for the people who are saying the rc 250 is fake... the rc 250 had a longer stroke and the older bs3 version was a rev happy little 250.and if you have ridden the rc 200 and the newer duke 250, then you would actually know the difference in power delivery.so the rc 250 being had a rev happy engine,it was already able to reach speeds of upto 170 bone stock aslo it had the same size sprocket as the duke 200. and this one probably has an even smaller sprocket or the limiter must've been removed .i have a 2017 duke 250 and this produces 29 BHP.the bs3 variant produced 31.5 BHP. the duke 250 was a wild little big bike in 2013...but it just didnt make its way to india till 2017...and if you still have doubts in ktm's allmighty 250 then you should know that ktm made 67 RC250 R models in 2013 which produce 50 ps of power...yes... a 250 cc bike that produced 50 BHP!!!that thing even had traction control a quick shifter ,launch control,fuel mapping and all that superbike electronics..that thing being a trck spec kitted out beast,costed 32 lacs.yes thirty two lacs only. so shut the fuck up and listen..i have even seen track spec duke 250s in MMRT (madras motor race track)during my track days. and i was told that these machines were tuned to make 40+bhp and weighed only 120 kilos. i have also seen kitted out rc 390 making some 55+ hp reaching 200+ km per hour speeds in the same track. for reference you can watch "vikas rachamalla's" track day video where he rides and reviews one of these super powerfull rc 390s in MMRT.

The only real top speed are ktm 390 and rc8, because 125,200,250 already change their ecu , no cutoff.

El video no es 100% confiable... No tiene lógica que la RC200 llegue a 140 y la supuesta RC250 llegue a 190. Y si llega a esa velocidad no es de una moto stock sino modifica.

Not a 250, it's a unlocked 390cc
its a 250 , longer gear ratios bro.
power is distributed into top speed and acceleration, if you tune your bike for top speed , you will lose out on acceleration
250 comes tuned for top speed out of the factory , however a rc-200 will beat or atleast equate rc 250 in 0-60 run but then 200 will stop at 142 but 250 would still be pulling upto 185
rc390 will smash 250 in 0-60, 0-100 , 0-120 , 0-140 , 0-150 , 0-160 , but after 170 , 250 will still be pulling up wihile 390 will lock out at 179
