Which weapon would you spec if you start from low ip and specs? Prowling got nerfed etc... Can bloodletter kill without ip advantage? I feel like only turret builds can play with disadvantage but lack mobility/gank/chase
yea bloodletter can be good and lower tier but u need to play it really good because most of the builds outdamage bloodletter thats why u need to kite with bloodletter and try to bait the other builds jacket or helmets
