This happened to my A20 couple of minutes ago, I didn't take it apart but I slapped the battery part on the back; and it turned on. The reason it showed the error was due to overheating; and I think it was because my phone was in a case/cover
slapping worked lol, thanks, i slapped it while charger is connected. it even fixed the speaker and headphone jack which was no longer working after it fell the other day 😄
I'm confused as to why removing a sensor on a cheap charge port board makes more sense the simply replacing the board. The board is pretty cheap and if you replace the board you still have a working sensor. Considering not many people have the soldering tools handy compared to a screw driver, heat gun and a charge port worth under $20 online, this seems like more work with lesser results. This is kind of like a car with a dash warning light that's on and your solution is to disconnect the warning light. The board is potentially still overheating but now you just don't have any warning.
i did what the top comment suggested and slapped it and it wokred. But now volume keys dont work, and once the screen turns off, its off for good and i have to restart it
@@FeryIls you have any idea? Phone shows Orange triangle with thermometer and a charging wire with a line on it, on bottom of screen. If i try to turn on the phone, the screen flashes for 1 second and doesnt start. If i disconnect the charging board, the phone starts.
this is not thermal issue. the line what we call it Pair its not connect properly well or either have broken lines from Thermal capacitor . the Sensor located on top of the Charging port once you open the cover of the charging board you will see 3 snall components on center where they have glue on top of it. you need check che middle component is Theramal Capacitor . see if its lose solder it if not replace it. by the way easiest way is to replace charging board if you dont have knowledge of soldering smds. good luck .
mostly red triangle means the high temperature error . got 2 solutions , 1st is to bypass is same the video and 2nd is to trace it why .. either is battery or charger port board thats faulty. will upload one video for S series very soon .
My galaxy A20 phone got a little water from its charge port. The phone doesn't start and when i put it on charge, it gives red thermometer sign. Does removing the sensors fix my problem?
I remove the capacitor the problem bacome yellow triangle, i jump the connection of the capacitor it return the same problem. What do you think the solution?

Can this be a solution for the Galaxy M51 as well? Red thermometer, in a yellow triangle?
My s20 plus is doing it. Ill just replace the small board.
Mine returned to normal by slapping the battery hard😂
I already changed my flex cable and charging board but still error so im gonna try the slapping of the battery this time 😂
Before it was showing red triangle and now after doing this it shows yellow triangle. Galaxy A20 . Your trick didnt work
A20 you need to jump wire the big Capacitor one on center witch is you removed. just make them connect to each other. will works 100%
