The RB20 is my personal favorite RB. My uncle had a Z31 200ZR and that engine was amazing in that car. I loved it. I really wish that engine was still around.
My first car was my uncle's 240sx with a stock ka24 that I basically ended up inheriting after he unfortunately passed, it was sitting in my dad's garage for almost a decade. The a couple of years back i got a rb20 and transmission off craigslist for a good price and me and my cousins swapped the tired old KA out and I absolutely love driving the car. Wish my uncle was around to see it. He got the 240 years back when they weren't really as popular as they are now (now they're everywhere lol) and he always wanted to turbo it or put another motor in it. He was more of an American muscle car type but there's something about a little car like these that he fell in love with.
I just bought an r32 gtst (: love my rb20. Honestly I think I’ll just build it instead of getting an rb25/26 cause almost everybody swaps the 20 out, it’s a great motor in its own right

rb20e had 135 hp, rb20de and neo versions were powering skylines up to r34 in 2003. 2 liter RB's have much smoller Bore and similar stroke to 2.5 RB's. You missed a few points, but it really doesn't matter, the only upside to this engine is that the metal of the engine block for unknown reeason are harder than 2.5, as tested by Motive video
I love the RB20, it's not a power house, but it's great at 300-350whp in an S13/S14. Great sound, decent power, not everything needs 1000whp, my neighbor had an RB20 swapped S14 and it was such a fun car. Best part is the sound at full song.
