Thank you for making such an entertaining and educational video. I made this and for the first time in my life I absolutely loved the tomato sauce on the noodles!! And I didn't feel the need to cover the flavors with cheese! I need to work on my noodles though, but that will come with practice. You guys make great videos ❤️🤍💙 Thank you Eva for sharing
Chef Alfredo needs to make a return. It's been too long since his last appearance.
Looks absolutely wonderful!!!
You know you're really in trouble when Chef Alfredo refuses to try his own poison ... err cooking. 🤭
As always, another fabous recipe I look forward to trying Eva (as soon as I move and have a proper kitchen again). Well done to you and Harper; you're an important part of my Sundays now. 😊🍝
I made this today, absolutely delicious. The homemade pasta with the rich ragu is unbelievable. I will never go back to spag bol again. Fabulous, thank you.
Eva, how is it that you haven't had that man arrested for breaking and entering??? Perhaps he could be a good prison cook.
😁😁😁😁
Torturing prisoners is illegal
In 2000 I went to Italy and Greece on a school trip. I was a shock how different Italy was compared to here. Would love to go back some day and experience it again as an adult.
I'm gonna be especially watching your cooking vids. I also enjoy cooking and Italian food is my favorite.
Wonderful ragu, as my mother's recipe! But I must tell the truth: it's is so good with every kind of pasta, also spaghetti (unbroken spaghetti of course😂)
I have made Eva’s ragu alla bolognese twice now. It is DELICIOUS! Also, I have switched from shaker Parmesan to parmigano regiano! Definitely more pricey but more tasty. It’s not as funky in smell and has a more sharp and fruity taste. Delish!
Yeah!!!! ❤️
U guys are so sweet❤️😘 love from India ❤️
I love you guys!, And Eva. I love your recipes! Thank you.
"No, non ho fame". Ma che carogna questo Alfredo. Cheers from sunny Peru.
Soffrito, the holy trinity of good cooking.
Nothing better than homemade fresh pasta.
When he put sour cream in the ragù I had shivers down my spine, but not in a good way
I made this last night. I blended the Sofrito after it cooked so it was creamy. My meat I used Veal, Pork, and Chicken Livers that I cooked and then made into a blended pate paste. Everything else was the same. I cooked for about 4 or 5 hours, used pappardelle pasta.
La Carne ..
AKA "Strangely pink most-definitely-mechanically recovered meat."
This is my favorite recipe ever! Everyone absolutely loved it!!
A nonna bolognese died when he added the sour cream...
not sour cream of course but cream is an ingredient of ragù alla bolognese original recipe
I thought he'd die breaking pasta with his wife behind the camera ;D
I am so happy grandma was traditional! Pretty much exactly the same!
