Hey Tony, thanks for the video! Good to see and hear you again. Excellent sound and playing, you can't go wrong with a FM9 - do you? All the best to you, and please do more videos!!!
I must admit I have been very tempted by the ToneX pedals they seem great. I might check them out at some point. I just feel for now the FM9 has everything I need.
@@TonyEmeryGuitar FM9 is fantastic...just the tone x can ad a actual real amp and cab tone you didn't know you always wanted lol ... Have a blessed day brother 😎👊🏻 they only $179
I’m a Helix floor, Native, Mcrocklin suite and Kiesel Hyperrig user. I was thinking of picking up the FM9 for shits and giggles. I’m not much of a tech head and I find in the Helix you have to doctor a lot on the presets. How Are the stock presets on the FM9?
They're good. I know people like John Mayer used one of the stock presets when he was supporting Ed Sheeran. But you're always gonna benefit from making your own presets. If you're used to Helix Native and other suites then I'm sure the Fractal Edit software will be easy for you to grt your hesd around. Of course there's a learning curve but there is with anything right?
Thanks for watching and commenting! But when using the Kill Dry button with parallel effects...you do NOT need to set the bypass mode to anything specific as this is what the Kill Dry button is doing. Leon Todd has a great video on this 😁
Some great tones there Tony, I recently bought another Axe-Fx III as i had to try the Kemper and all the UA stuff but Fractal wins by a mile so I came back, feel free to check out some of my vids. I also have an R9 Lemonburst just like yours 🙂
@@TonyEmeryGuitar i'm currently own the axe 3,Kemper stage and QC,axe 3 is collecting dust on my desk,im enjoy playing with my Kemper or QC,also i like a lot the NAM and Tonex
@@Nig6tWalker yes I agree the Kemper sounds more amp like but the Axe Fx effects are far far more superior and all the amps do sound great still. I had the Axe then Kemper and now back to the Axe.

Great! What CAB did you use?
Nice! What amp are you using for the gain? Marshall? Cameron?
Thanks. Think I mention it in the video? Marshall Silver Jubilee.

Eben you User FX in parallel & "kill dry " the Bypass Mode must turn to „Mute Fx In“ ! The Pegel is to high! Greets 👍 I like your Sound! 🙏

@@MarkPritchardGuitar i prefer amp tones over fx,fx are easy to fix,i only use a few fx so to me Kemper fx are pretty enough.
