The “Do I have your attention”s were very effective. They came right at the moments I was about to be distracted either my something around me or a thought in my mind. But the way you pulled us back in was awesome

HOW HAVE YOU GOTTEN SO GOOD AT THISS?? Including everything (especially that light speed ending) and you never slipping once, I was too impressed to even think of boredom- all the triggers combined are really fun too!
The yellow thing is a plastic puddy knife sometimes used for painting but mostly used for dry wall applications.

I suffer from quite difficult to deal with racing thoughts before bed and having something I can focus on with specific instructions is absolutely amazing. Plus Elden Ring is blowing up right now because of the recently released dlc "Shadow of the Erdtree" so that would probably rake in new viewers and subs. I already love your videos but if you do this 🤯🤯🤯 🤘🏼🔥🤘🏼 (for further research I recommend watching videos by @VaatiVidya)
I dont know what it is , but I swear I have a hard time sleeping most nights or even wanting to fall asleep is hard cause my brain doesn't want to shut off from anxiety and stuff

My attention span is really bad and I do get bored reallllly easy and this type of content is my favorite because it Does help me a lot!!! I wish you did more - slower is great for many but content for adhd and easily bored is the Best in my personal opinion and when you do it it’s some of my fav ❤❤❤
