Default ivon will not be changed with shorcut maker. You can use theme park by good lock for Default icon changing. I used theme park here 👇🏻

I tried this and the icons weren't transparent and it had border frames (samsung Galaxy A20) can somebody help me 😢
You need to remove the background using inshot or Picsart something
Use X icon changer instead , i had the same issue and switched to a different app
