    I love these videos in particular. Seeing a normal horse do its exercises. An awful lot of dressage professionals on here which makes me always feel completely inadequate. Thanks for keeping it real!

      Oh I’m totally with you! The majority of people I follow on social media are ‘regular’ people, people I am able to relate to 😊

      Sorry to jump on this comment but I agree so much! Makes it so much more relatable and inspiring as someone who also has a ‘normal horse’ 💖

      Awww, thank you! I’m with you both - The videos I typically tend to take the most from are the ones with normal people, normal horses as I can relate to them ☺️

    random question: why do you like cobs? i love them, just wondering.

    • @RidingRemington
      @RidingRemington  4 роки тому +4

      It wasn’t love at first sight, Remmi was my first cob but I have grown to love him. I love their kind, willing to give anything a try nature ☺️

    I know I’m late but I might be getting a horse soon! And I was wondering why you use straw for your bedding, what are the pros/cons? My friends use shavings but I’m not sure which one I’ll use yet

    • @RidingRemington
      @RidingRemington  4 роки тому

      Ah congratulations, that is exciting.
      So we’ve tried a number of different bedding brands/types for our horses and haven’t clicked with anything so far - Always end up coming back to straw.
      Pros - It’s really easy for us to get hold of and it’s cost effective.
      Cons - It takes AGES to muck out.
      My plan for this summer is to really do some research into what would be a good bedding for Winter 2021 ☺️

    Think Mara would really suit a raspberry or ultra violet head collar from woofwear

    • @RidingRemington
      @RidingRemington  4 роки тому +1

      Ooooh, both of these colours are gorgeous!! I might have to buy her a belated Christmas present. I love the Woof Wear headcollars and they come in Pony size too - Perfect for Mara’s little head x

      Oooh hello, fellow non-roast lover. When I have one I do enjoy it, it’s just not something I would ever chose for myself if that makes sense.

    long and low is the way you should work his back! he'll improve much much better and he'll feel way looser on his back, full contact its not hte way to go
