@@JustLeein alright. I'm doing wrestling for my high school. We train after school so I should keep my workouts in the morning so my body is already fairly warmed up? We would train before but most of the time we skipped the weights because there was another group in there.
I am 5 11 183lb at 20% body fat. Should I be on a slight caloric deficit or surplus ? I am in caloric deficit right now but I am worried that I am missing out on building muscle because I am not muscular.
For purely bodybuilding if i lift heavy i dont feel the burn as compared to lighter weights, am i missing on gains by lifting heavy for 8-10 reps till failure?

Go on a lean bulk, once you build your foundation then cut down
