Mystery Kaspar Clarinet Ligature (Unsolved Mysteries)

Has anybody seen one like this? Solid German Silver & unique contact points
Might be a one-of-a-kind clarinet ligature. Some people go crazy for Kaspar ligatures. I wish I wasn't married to my Bonade ligatures.

I have seen the kaspar lig. that had a small strip of cork where those bumps are so maybe the cork came off?

My teacher plays Kaspar Mouthpieces & Kaspar Ligatures.
Chester Rowell is his name, he would definitely know! He's at University of Houston, I believe.
