- I went to the most epic art museum known as Seismique in West Houston. It just opened on December 26, 2020 and I had a chance to visit it on New Year’s Eve. This video shows you every room and how you can enjoy it when you go.

I live about 2 miles away from this place over in Mission Bend and still haven't gone yet. The space they are in used to a Bed, Bath and Beyond store. I didn't know you needed an appointment to go in, thanks for the info.
You need to reserve times to go almost any event now. They need to make sure there aren’t too many people because of covid.
@@RobbZipp Makes sense. A lot of places also do head counts too, which I thought they were doing here. In terms of covid, it seems to be rather safe since they are enforcing social distancing and many of the exhibits don't require touching.

Is this place usually crowded. I'm only asking because I have a non verbal toddlers who loves visuals and I just wouldn't want him to feel overwhelmed
I made this video December 2020. I’m not sure how crowded it gets now. I would suggest going on a weekday during the day and avoid the weekends. I hope that helps.
Very awesome video! I’m going there in a couple weeks! what kind of camera did you use? The website said no professional photography or video I’m not sure if that would be including my canon M50
Thanks! I used my iPhone! I have a friend who works there that also told me that. I did see at least one person with a GoPro, so I don’t know how strict they are about it. I also saw several with nicer DSLR cameras to take photos. They usually take great video, too. I’m sure you can take your canon and be fine.

It’s on Hwy 6, south of I-10, close to West Oaks Mall

I think you can buy tickets there, but with anything now, it’s best to make an advanced reservation since there is a pandemic and they can’t have too many people there.
