Imagine if they used the 195 million dollars they spent on the naming rights to improve customer support instead so people would actually answer the calls 😅
I wondered if they should rename it "American Airlines Sports Arena" instead of "American Airlines Center". This might give people that this is not the main number of the airlines.
It’s a terrible name. When you said “American Airlines Centre”, I think “call centre”, “customer support centre” etc…. It’s a nebulous term. I certainly didn’t think “sports centre”. Is it any wander they get phone calls about the wrong service?
To be fair, the name is kind of confusing because it is easy to misread it as call centre. The subconscious omission of one word is very common, especially in dyslexia. If it was called American Airlines Areana or American Airlines Pavillion then I doubt they'd have the same issue.
I bet the AT&T stadium gets phone calls about poor internet service to customer’s homes
😂😂😂
i can really only assume United Center gets the same treatment but worse
More than 20 out of every 75 calls? That's oddly specific. Figured they'd just say nearly 1 in 3.
I wonder if Air Canada Centre in Toronto had the same problem before it was renamed Scotiabank Arena in 2018
If the venue was more specifically named the 'American Airlines Arena, Stadium,Hall' etc - might that not clear things up?
Probably. "Center" sounds like it could be short for "Call Center".
Texans, you really can't expect too much
Really? Where did they say these calls are all FROM Texans? Xhole.
Nailed it

Does the United Center get the same problems?
