I think that Captain Falcon Is a show off and a jerk but I think that he is a great fighter and great hero.
So the second infinity stone that Waluigi took from Little Mac and he’s Wario and Ken from Street Fighters on his side.
And the series is totally cool.

So the Invincibility Star gem gave Waluigi teleportation portal powers as he used that before collecting the belt. And the glove itself with no gems gave him the strength to punch Yoshi out of the atmosphere and pummel Luigi into submission.
Logically a fighting belt would grant strength or endurance or something but I have a feeling it's going to turn stuff to bubbles or slow down time.
