The Heart of a Mountie • Nathan Grant/Nathan + Elizabeth (WCTH)

A little over a year ago I started this page. It isn’t until a few weeks into October did I gain the courage to switch to a public view and actually start posting. I spent my initial weeks lurking and fretting. Wasn’t sure of my place. Fast forward a few weeks later stuck in bed after major surgery, I finally took the plunge. Perhaps I should blame the painkillers 🤣 but I posted and never looked back.
In honor of my one year of starting Mountie With Heart, I present to you a love note to the ultimate Mountie With Heart. A character that’s captured all our hearts. An actor who’s as charming and charismatic as the characters he portrays. All heart. I aimed to create a tribute to the three main aspects that this character’s heart beats for. Mountie of HV, Allie, and E (with LJ as an extension of that -since we haven’t seen this fully explored yet).
I never expected over 11, 000 followers. I thought I’d hit the jackpot with 100! But regardless of the number because truly it’s not what matters, it’s the people. It’s celebrating Kevin McGarry & Erin Krakow, the community, the shared passion and friendships made that have blessed me beyond measure. So thank you for being here. Thank you for coming and sitting a spell in my little Mountie corner. Every like, comment, DM, and share haven’t gone unappreciated or unnoticed. I’m truly grateful.
