Good in theory but why do you fake it? You had steady pressure going up in the third container before you had pressure in the second container. Also, the water in the top of first and second container should be the same since there is just a simple hose between them. Also, a water height of 1meter does not create that kind of pressure, specially going through a lot of sand.
Look carefully, the pipe that we installed in the first scene was the pipe of Hyperesur water
And later on we put the bucket of dirty water on top of that scene, look at itAnd at that time it was pulling the water through the section to the filter system

How much wataer can you filter with that setup before having to replace the rocks/sand/charcoal?

Not possible, and addition to that, plastic bottles....
There is something weird about location of the connection pipes

the place where the water exit, is at almost at same height of the water inlet. i mean, so small distance between 2. hence the last bucket may not have very positive impact on the cleanness of the final product
