    Regarding ERG mode for short intervals like 30/15. Not sure which trainer you have, but I have had problems with these delays while using Tacx Flux trainer(a rather low end one). And that was driving me nuts bc one delay basically ruins the training session. As a solution I have got my self Tacx NEO 2T which has been working flawlessly for about half a year now. P.S. as a partial solution before getting a proper trainer I used to turn the ERG mode off and instead setup training session based not on power but on different inclination. E.g. 30 seconds 5% incline(going all out) 15 seconds 0% incline(spinning easy). It made things a bit better but still there were times when my trainer refused to switch between different inclinations. I did an investigation and most of the suggestions were to get proper trainer.

      Thats interesting, definitely right it can massively ruin the session. Mentally tough to push it on hard intervals as well when it's not recording or working properly. I've got the kickr core and it's pretty much always been flawless, just this particular occasion seemed off. Seemed okay for the finish line ride though. Might re calibrate things too. The taxc neo 2t looks cool!!

      @@alexreader Give it your ALL! I hated that medium segment the most😞 I've still got one more workout to do (Volcano Climb) then I'll tackle the finish line ride near the end date. fingers crossed for some gains 🙂

      @@alexreader I don't even have ZWIFT, but I'm writing down every workout to perform them later on my own in my campus gym.

      @@alexreader Yes, but they are very good quality, built in FTP tests, power trainings etc. You can do a lot of them.

    Alex how did you find this one compare to the others? Which one did you struggle with the most? (Excluding the pro workouts obs)

      I think I found this the hardest one! Also one of the first 3, can't remember which one but I think one of those I felt pretty tough to. Although I was doing them close together. How about you?
