I started with Billy 20 years ago when I came to this beautiful Country,Today Im 52 and I started again..Best of all workouts...
Needed to get fit again and remembered Billy’s boot camp for some reason..great everything is now online. I always thank my friend for borrowing me the dvd and introducing me many years ago 😂❤

Had all these workouts on DVD back 20yrs ago and i would do them very week .. loved them so much!!! ... sadly my resistance bands where well used and i had to source new ones, which i have finally done and i can not wait to get back into this!! these where and are still AMAZING workouts and Billy is a Legend!!!!
One thing I’ve always enjoyed about his workouts is that I can enjoy doing the workouts and work up a sweat at the same time. I’m not looking at the clock every five minutes wondering when it’s going to end.
I love everything about his workouts ! Love how his voice doesn’t annoy me , it just fit...love the way he just roll with it ..The counting helps me to stay focus..I’m 51 and still kicking it with Billy !!

I got this DVD set from my local buy nothing group. And I have been working out every day for 2 weeks straight. I love this workout because it's so easy to follow and fun.
I absolutely love taebo workouts. I've been doing them since 2006 and still using them and I'm still hanging on in there and my weight has been off since 2007..i lost over 100lbs total and been steady every since.

This one was great! I liked the walk throughs for each exercise. I don't have the bands so for some exercises (like the bicep curls) I grabbed my weights and followed along at a slower pace.

In 2000 when I bought my first set of tapes I was offered the chance to get a new tape every month for a year. I did get the tapes,loved them all. I wish they made these into a DVD set. I wore out some of the tapes.

GREAT works out. I found my original bands and WOW just as good as I remember. The new bands are good too but the original bands still give you a great work out too!!!

This tae bo exercise regiment no my favorite was much different from the advanced regiment
I used to do this exact tape (or DVD, I can't remember) with my mom growing up to help motivate her. I'm about to start back tomorrow. Wish me luck

Hello, can you please add the TAEBO cardio EXTREME workout u were wearing an orange shirt, that is truly one of the best workout videos u have ever made
I was looking for the particular workout you mentioned .. 'Cardio Extreme' ... I'm not seeing it either .. But you know what, I wouldn't be daunted .. Darn it, there's a gamut of workouts to choose from .. It'll make your head spin. I see my old 90's workouts , but I don't do those, there are so many exciting others .. Right now I'm looking forward to doing his ''Taebo Live Advance - 2 of 12' .. It looks blastciting .. And the music is hot ... I can't get tired of Billy Blanks ... but my body will 😥💪till the next day.👍😂
