a lot of idiots are commenting here.
1) the bird doesn't lose it's ability to fly by clipping 4 feathers. they just struggle to gain altitude and they fly less.
2) she keep saying don't clip blood feathers, because this is where you can hurt the bird.
3) it's a pet, not a wild animal which mean having more control on it can protect them if they accidently escape to a high place.
