I ❤ that I can do the pattern along with you!!!! So easy; not once did I feel frustrated. The repeating of the number of stitches I should have was great!!
And I forgot to mention, your explanation of the 'magic circle' is by far the best!! It was clear, simple to understand. Being a lefty, it's always an adjustment to learn stitches, etc. Thank you again!!! :)
Wonderful! This makes me so happy! It took a long time for me to find a MC technique that clicked for me. Now I use this way of making one or all of my projects! Happy Crocheting!
I love this pattern! I use bernat blanket yarn and it makes the perfect size regular stocking (for little kids). Last year I made a stocking for my niece, nephew, and baby sister! This year I’m making one for my daughter!
YAY! thank you so much for this video. I have written patterns for mini stockings and would get completely confused and flustered after the heel was done.
Thank you! I was so nervous filming this tutorial, but these cute little stockings came together so quick & easy I had to share. I love creating and am so grateful for people like you who enjoy it as much as I do! xoxo
Thank you for this. I have looked at a lot of mini stocking tutorials. I loved this one. I loved that you didn't rush the process and went through it till the end at a nice pace. I made one this afternoon and will be making more. I love double crochet and post stitches so it was a win win for me. Thank you so much.
I'm so happy! I love crocheting and am so new to sharing the process. Thank you for the kind words and I am so happy that the tutorial was easy to follow....afterall, we are all makers looking for inspiration!!
I'm so happy!! I love crocheting so much and do it almost everyday! I have goosebumps thinking that the method I shared for a magic circle was easy for you to follow. I love creating & I can't wait for you to make this! :)
I am soooo happy that you found this crochet project to be enjoyable & to use it to make goodies for a cause. Mini stockings are a bit nostalgic for me. My birthday is close to Christmas (hence my middle name being Noelle) & when I was a young child my mom would throw wonderful parties for my b-day. In mini store bought stockings she would put plastic utensils and use them for the table settings for all of my friends, so this project brings a smile to my face. Cheers to creating and crocheting wonderful things! I really appreciate your kind words!!
Omgoodness! You are so welcome! I am trying to write up the free pattern now. I have never written up a pattern before and I hope it is coming across clear. Here is the link if you'd like to view it. I should be finished writing it up by the end of the day! ;) jenoelleboutique.com/blogs/mini-xmas-stockings
@@teardropface Hi! In the description click on read more and you will see the link to click for the pattern. If that doesn't work here it is. Marvelous! Thank u! So cute! Love that it can fit a gift card. I've got some cranberry and some cream yarns here, somewhere, so hopefully I can try it out today. I found old time radio shows on UA-cam, so I listen to Gunsmoke now to crochet and be entertained without the visual distraction that TV causes 👍🤓
I'm so happy you like them! I have been wanting to make a bunch more, but haven't found the time yet...Im hoping after Black Friday and cyber Monday Ill have a tiny bit of extra time....and old time radio shows sound perfect! I am going to look into them...xxoo
@@jenoellecreates There r so many radio shows on UA-cam! FYI, I've made about a dozen of the stockings, and each turns out perfect! I've tried different yarns and color combos; I can't stop 😆 lol! Thank u again 💖
