Wow, having had one small business already, I can see you have gotten the entire production process down to a science. Everything is done with precision and efficiency, minimal extra steps. From order picking, to finishing, to shipping which always felt like I never got down like I should have. Little details like the invoices showing in the same place thru the packaging so you can quickly sort. I am truly in awe. I would love to see more of the shipping broke down and explained. Love this video! It reminds me of a phrase one of my embroidery customers said: The more I learn, the more I earn. She explained that she loves learning new types of embroidery from applique to cap embroidery and more. She said these skills allow her to make more money every year.
