You know what Canadian brand you would really enjoy is Lise Watier - especially their Métropolis Limited Edition Eyeshadow Palette! It pairs beautifully with your palette! I really love how gently you apply your eyeshadow! I wonder, when creating a look, I wonder what the process is behind the scenes. Are you trialing the look on yourself beforehand? I would love to see a video talking about the thought process behind the works - such as, how to address each person’s unique feature? Sorry - I just had to pick your brain! This summer the olives, golds , coppers and beautiful blushes are just go to colours and looks . The look is so sexy and fresh without heaviness of a smokey look yet that definition ❤️🤩🤩

She is also a celebrity makeup artist, so I often find makeup artists are typically able to make anything work whereas makeup reviewers are far more critical as their expertise is finely honed with a rolodex of references in mind. That isn’t a commentary on either person’s skills or talent or authenticity, mind you - just something I have observed having watched a lot of Beauty UA-cam over the years. That being said, obviously makeup artists in the industry can make reviews and vice versa, and at the end of the day - it could be reduced down to tastes and application preferences.

She is a working Celebrity Makeup Artist akin to Makeup by Mario - like she is literally working with some of the most established A-list celebrities. I think her review was fair and honest, despite being sponsored which she disclosed. I mean, some of your critique had some weight, but I think for techniques you come to someone like Ash K. Holm - for scathing reviews there are plenty of amazing creators for that. I just appreciate both! Is all I am saying, my dude.
