    When a customer is looking for SAP consultants for a project, they contact SAP recruitment companies. The recruiter discusses the details with the customer and then starts looking for SAP consultants that fit the requirement.

    It is an informative video for sure, especlly for someone who are new in the market, but probably Galal you can pass on the message through your video to the recruiters of the world irrespective of the SAP market or industry :) that ....this "should" of getting back to the candidate becomes "must" with a short explanation of the performance in the Interview as to why he or she could not be accepted. This should become a rule for forever because everyone gives time and effort for an interview. Espcly when you travel from far place to give an interview and later just simply get rejected without getting a small reason/ explanation. This must become a law sometime i feel. 😅

    Very informative and also true. Some of the points that really felt right for me are: Thinking that something is wrong with your profile when recruiters dont come back and Early celebrations.
    We have to treat this more like a business rather than treating it like a job, where there are more risks and uncertainty involved for higher returns vs having a secure job.

      There's is no rule, I would say never exceed 20%

    Thanks for the informative tips.
    How can I find out that there are several recruiters in the hiring process if the smaller recruiter is not sharing any information?

      That's hard to know! but there are some indications, for example the big UK recruiters are usually direct with the customer, while the small Indian recruiters are usually not direct. Anyway when you get hunted by someone you continue with them, you should just understand why your rate is different from others in the project
