@@ToyShiz The second one's visor is "glowing" but not very well. Anyway, that's what was said by a Super7 guy. I think they look too similiar to be worth a different head.
Seriously. Some of their figures have a ton of stuff or, in the case of Megazord, a ton of paint. Zedd, however, should have come with the throne. Ditch the useless second head, lose 2 of the bombs, and include the throne. Sadly, unless it's a figure I think is worth it, I just wait things out and grab things at 40% off or more.
Zedd is sadly one of the few times when I prefer the Hasbro figure. It's got more shading on the muscle suit, more definition, a much more accurate head, is more accurate to what we saw on tv, and was released at a much more affordable price.
@@rcdune7132The Lightning Collection vs version of Zedd is better, especially the improved re-release that came in the two pack with Rita. In contrast, I saw the Super7 version at retail yesterday and it was riddled with serious QC problems.
Great review, but Zedd just isnt doing it for me. He's far too bright a red. This line seems to be confused in what it wants to be. The rangers are clewrly meant to be updated versions of the old toys with some show specific accessories. Goldar is just straight up screen accurate. Rita seems based entirely on the shiw whike Zedd has a bright red toy color scheme. Im surprised the second head didnt have a blue visor to mimic the first bandai release. They seem to pick and choose when they want to pay homage to the bandai line. Personally, i think they should drop the connection the old toy line and focus on being true to the show.
Couldn't agree more. While this Zedd figure looks good, I can't help but notice the shape of his mask / helmet is not show accurate. The jaw line is too thick. And as you said, the red is much brighter than his color in the show. It's really inconsistent, considering how show-accurate Goldar is.
The "glowing visor" head is when Zedd looks down on Earth since he doesn't use a telescope like Rita does.
neither head is glowing, which is why I said they should have done one that was glowing.

@MnemonicSyntax ah gotcha. Yeah I’m with you, needed more glow.
Thanks for watching and happy thanksgiving
@@ToyShiz You too man, love your channel! Have a great Thanksgiving holiday!
They need to make a variant where the silver is in a high chrome color the same with Goldar but obviously in a brighter gold color.
Super 7 pricing really is difficult to explain for what you get

Might have to spend that pretty penny what’s I’m looking toward 135
I already have the lightning collection one and I have this Super 7 version on pre-order but I'm debating if I want to cancel now haha
If there’s any debate, cancel it until you really want it or get a sale.
@@ToyShiz probably not a bad idea... I also found a 3D printed throne on eBay to fit the lightning collection one so that all works out

I agree. The paint job just isnt doing it for me.
