Just finished the entire course. THANK YOU SO MUCH for putting this together, it was extremely helpful. I was able to easily learn how to effective test my code using react testing library.
Incredible useful still. One week ago I spent 2 days to write 3 tests that were doing basically nothing and didn't understand why they are not working. Now, I'm confident on writing tests, still leaning, but I'm confident. I shared this with my colleagues. Thank you Laith. Exceptional.
Thank you so much for this. It's very hard to find content for these topics. I would really like to see React Testing Library used in more advanced scenarios!
A big thank-you, Laith! I've learned a lot from this course, in an almost frictionless way! It is really organized, concise, and accessible to newbies to React Testing Library. Some concepts mentioned here can apply to common unit testing scenarios too.
Just finished the course. It is indeed a very good course. I started with nothing on RTL, but now, gained handsful on concepts on RTL and various ways on how to test our React Application. If you are a beginner then definitely go through this one.
Thank you, Laith and Net Ninja for this amazing crash course. It was a great first touch in Jest and RTL. I feel I can run some neat tests with confidence right now. Laith, you made it look super easy, thanks for that!
Thank you. This was very helpful. I learned the React testing library over the winter but hadn't touched it since the spring, and this was a great refresher!!
Thanks so much, this course is super helpful. What's even better is that "React" Testing Library is just a part of a whole family of "Testing Libraries", so there's one for Vue, Angular, and many more. I really hate testing in Angular as the built-in testing framework is sooooo complex and hard for me to understand. I'll be planning on replacing the default Angular testing with this.
thank you! I learned a lot from this. I hope you update this mock API calls part as even I was stuck on it and had to go through comments to use others' code. Would be great if you can explain it or update the video with the alternative mentioned in the comments below for API calls.
Hi! Thank you very much for this content, i used it to begin with React testing library! it is just an introduction i think but you covered a lots of points in this serie! I must now adapt it to one of my project because i have some issues when i make my integration tests .. it's like i don't pass some datas to the childs from some parents components ... maybe i must go read the documentation to learn more. anyway, thank you again! =D
Thank you for the Crash course. I've just finished learning how to apply CI/CD into my development Pipeline, and I can't wait to add writing tests as part of my pipeline. With this, I just need to worry about the Jest testing done in the pipeline to generate reports for me
Thank you, Laith. I learned a lot from this course. Would love to see more advanced RTL tutorials from you.
