WEEKLY FOOD/MEAL PREP (for two): grocery shopping at Trader Joe's, produce prep, + how I plan meals!

Hi everyone!! I'm SO pumped for today's video! Today we are doing a weekly meal/food prep, showing you how I plan our "menu" for the week, grocery shop, and more. Hope you enjoy! XO
PASTA SALAD RECIPE //
- brown rice pasta (can also use any pasta! cook according to package directions)
- cucumber (chopped into small pieces)
- grape tomatoes (quartered)
- red onion (finely diced)
- parsley (finely chopped)
- chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- marinated mozzarella balls (and oil)
- salt, pepper, and red chili flakes to taste
*i didn't end up using the lemon-- it didn't need it in my opinion!
combine all ingredients and enjoy :)
