I'd like to know more about it since i have It and i wanted to use it with Ryuji.
One thing to note is enemies can use moves before the stun ends. And imo happy staff is overall the better version of it.

Rating this moveset because yes.
combo damage/overall damage: this moveset has a pretty average combo, however, it does take more moves than u would probably want. the moveset deals around 31k damage per move (341k in total), which is less than the normal 33-35k. below average.
mobility: this moveset has good mobility when it comes to targetting players, but when it comes to running it is not it. slightly below average.
range: this moveset has pretty good range, more than most movesets. above average.
combo starters (mainly focuses on block breakers): this moveset has "5" block breakers. saberu surprise can be good but its lack of stun or anything means it can be ignored if ur opponent already used a move beforehand (still good if ur opponent isnt doing anything though), ember entry is just difficult to land on someone actually paying attention, chaos 2nd has good range and a good hitbox but its start-up is still decently predictable, maru daggers is good but requires another move to actually start combos in most cases, and raiden sab 1st is predictable and doesnt even block break 100% of the time. this movesets block breakers are pretty bad for the most part, but the fact it has so many means something. minus that, this moveset doesnt really have any grab moves or anything, but reworked senko chidori helps. above average.
combo extenders (you can use them after m1s and air combos, and you can m1 after them aswell): this moveset literally only has 4 combo extenders that follow this criteria. way below average.
punishing moves: a counter + reworked senko chidori automatically makes for bare minimum decent punishing, although, barely any of its moves beside those 2 are actually good at punishing. average.
pressure: i refer u to the combo starting category. above average.
s/defense: pretty good s, good punishing, ok mobility. average.
chi/stm cost & cool downs: senko bomb kinda drains chi while this movesets 6 tai moves also kinda drain its stm. slightly below average.
modes: this mode doesnt have a z spec, but aizden inverse is already more than enough to make up for that. slightly above average.
overall moves: bad. this movesets only saving grace is that it somehow ended up with 5 combo extenders, reworked senko chidori, and a decent amount of mobility. minus that, the moves honestly dont have all that much synergy minus ur basic combos and whatnot. slightly below average.
flaws/counters: lacks mobility for escaping, lacks damage, lacks move synergy/good moves in general.
anything else worth mentioning: im starting to think more highly of saberu surprise, but it along with ember entry, chaos 2nd, arahaki jokei sub, and raiden saberu 1st gotta go.
rating: 3.65/10 (below average but still usable).
Make a moveset that you would consider 10/10 which means very usable, high damage, i frames, and high range and very viable combo starters. Its fine if you cant, i think you are very analytical when it comes to rating movesets because you state the high and lows of every movesets in many videos i see u in the comments section 😅
@@Contemptical i already have made a moveset like that. i mean, i dont think any moveset is actually a 10/10 because nothing is perfect, but ive made one that gets pretty damn close. ill send the moveset alone but if u also want me to explain it i will. anyways, here it is:

@@kezthekingepicz Nothing. Your enemy would be pushed really far away because of the ragdoll effect
