How I obtained a copy of my Summary/Breakdown letter.
I called the VA at 800-827-1000 and inform them that:
“I would like a summary letter/disability breakdown letter to include, all my service-connected conditions, percentages and diagnostic codes.” (if you are not service-connected, you will not have one). Also, you can have them email or fax (if you don’t have a fax at home, you can download a fax app in the play store on your phone) this information, if the person doesn’t want to email or fax it, hang up and call back and speak to someone else.

Dewayne, how long does it take.for the rater to make a decision these days after a C&P exam? It was a re evaluation and not put in by me?
There is no default time for a rating to be done after a C & P exam. If it was a RFE, they notified you of it in the previous rating for that service-connected conditon.
Good Day Mr. KIMBLE. My question is ..I was in a car accident on active duty..how do I file for a direct service connection. Thanks Scott from Virginia
There are three elements to direct service connection.
were you injured did u seek treatment with military doctors? if so get your c-file it will be in there, then go get a current diagnosis related to your injuries from the accident. nexus letter will be very helpful to
Why does the VA refuse to look at all your evidence to deny my benefits quickly for you to have to appeal it. They enjoy what they do, prolonging your claim.
There are hundreds of VA employees, I'm sure there are some that do not, but most do.
