First of all, thanks! Second of all, use sutures and regen meshes, as well as patches. You can usually find these all over med bay, but if you need patches, just ask the chemist to make some. Also, remove your patients' clothes before doing surgery on them, as it heals more damage per tick. If there anything else you want to know, hopefully I or someone else can answer it for you :)
