I have owned this since it came out, and your description is so ACCURATE. I get the exact same feeling/smell as you. Including the wear time which is about 6hrs for me too. I am 41 yrs old & it feels womanly & like I don't mind getting hugs lol. People do look up & smile when I enter a room so sillage is very good. Great Review!

This smells like Olay face cream to me. I really like it, it’s comforting. Reminds me of childhood and my Mom getting ready.

I love this fragrance, so powdery, musky, sexy. The colour of the liquid inside surprised me - it was a dark reddish amber.

I've had a similar incident with the original Narciso. It fell off and shattered on the floor. The juice inside was a pale pink, similar to the bottle of Poudree.

I love this one. It lasts forever and it’s just addictive. Clean and yet a little sexy.

I’m a Narciso Rodriguez fan too. This one is my favourite out of all of them. It’s still on my wish list. I’ve been testing it out to see if I would get bored of it, so far it’s amazing. It’s such a simple, delicate and elegant perfume. I thought “Fleur musc” would be my Narciso, but got bored of it, I’m not a fan of the dry down and longevity...and overall it’s very linear.
You’re right about this one, it’s very womanly. It just merges with my natural scent, it’s a very pleasant day scent. I can’t imagine getting sick of it like fleur musc.

I picked this up at a Thrift store They clearly didn't know what they were selling .A full bottle fresh they had it priced at $ 5.99 .I picked it up ,I absolutely love it. I wasn't expecting to find a beautiful perfume that day .Nice reveiw .I agree it's womanly. I also agree the musk isn't "skanky" lol

My friend has just given me this as a gift and I just adore it. First time I have tried Rodriguez perfume and I'm loving this already. Such a soft, feminine fragrance ❤
I know these are all gorgeous. Just sampled in store. Gorgeous but not me. You are dead on: not as powdery as I thought it would be. Your description, did you say soft, fluffy? Are better words than powdery. I actually thought the word “creamy” at first. Maybe it’s the name but it feels too exotic for me somehow. It’s rich and full, and I think I want something more edgy/crisp. It feels a bit more mature than I am going for. But no doubt it is gorgeous and wonderfully made.
Zero powder to this. None. Linear. Boring.
The color of the bottle is « rose poudré » as we say in French 🙂

This review was spot on! I feel as though Narciso EDT has a slight masculine vibe. It's one of my favorites to wear on a rainy day. Speaking of, would you considering posting a "top 10 rainy day fragrances"??? Thanks :-)
I think For Her Edt does have that masculine vibe. I have For Her edp and that is very womanly. Now I willl just assume that those come in black bottles are more unisex than the others.

I don't think I have found a bad one yet. I will say that some of them are starting to blend into each other but, the style and feel of his fragrances is always great!

I love the Narciso in the white cube, so stunning. Poudree is lovely too, sweeter and more powdery. Narciso Rodriguez fragrances are well made and long lasting. I love the Fleur Musc also. Very classy.

Hello! They are very different, JPG is centered around orange blossom and musks and this one is more rosey/powdery. Very different perfumes. It's like white flowers (jpg)? and roses(narciso). Both are musky but entirely different. :(
Some times its sweet on mee sometimes more powdery musky. This one is a hug me frag......you mean mammsy lady like. Funny i commented before you're rev was over you mentioned hug and mam to yey.....
Out of all my Narciso Rodriguez scents - I have the for Her both in EDT and EDP, For Her L'absolut, and the Narciso white one - this is the one I reach out for this one the most.

I find most of his fragrances to be very beautiful! One of the best designer brands out there!

I have it, like it and wear it. I have to admit, I prefer Valentina Poudre . I know VP is quite the powder bomb but it just is my favorite winter night at home perfume.
Thank you for the review on this frag. Very helpful. Now, I have a question. Do you think this perfume smells very similar, if not almost identical to hypnotic Poison by Dior EDT? I have both of them, but I don't know if it's just me, or someone else gets that.
Thanks for your comment. I think they couldn't be further apart. Hypnotic poison is way different, and focused on almond and a weird root beer licorice thing, the only thing they share is their character which is soft and fuzzy. :)

Love, love Narciso poudree! I liked it form the first spray but for some reason was hesitant to purchase. I put it on the back burner. I’ve since looked at the reviews and revisited this fragrance and bit the bullet and purchased it today. Ohhhhh wow. Why I waited so long to buy, I don’t know ?! Simply delicious! So classy, creamy, feminine and incredible. Like a warm soft hug. Lingers on clothing and not cheap smelling in the least. Great review thanks ! Influenced me to buy and I love it!

I got a question. A bit of a hypothetical one maybe. I already got the narciso pure musc and for her EDP. You mentioned in your review that Poudree is like a hybrid of their other perfumes. Would you say if I wear both pure musc and for her, it would smell quite similar to Poudree?
I don't think so since the musk he uses in pure musc is a super sheer clean one, not powdery too much. And the musk he uses everywhere else is slightly darker to my nose. :)

Me too. I think you should try it on a cold day and smell it after few seconds not immediately.

I love this one, but I have Alaia Blanche, and I don’t feel the need to have both.
Marci LK I have Alaia Blanche, and Poudre on the way. I was afraid they’d be too similar.
Angelique Matos They have their nuances. If you enjoy powders and want to explore the different aspects of them, then it would be worth having both.
I guess that for my nose Alaia Blanche is more almondy. This seems more clean

I do like this but I'm wating for it to grow on me. To me this has a slightly older vibe - maybe the tonka? The tonka certainly gives off a vanilla/ fake cherry softness - I don't hate it. I love the original white bottle Narciso more but it took me a while to adjust to it. Hoping I'll fall in love with this one too.
It's lovely! And yes, tonka has a soft almondy fluffy smell. Most of Narciso's perfumes are gorgeous.
Hi! Just wanna get your recommendation on what to get between Poudree or Rouge.. I really enjoy Narciso perfumes, actually have the for her Noir and for her EDP.. I wanna try their cube collection though.. Which one do you prefer, Poudree or Rouge?
I prefer Rouge!!! It has a bit more punch to it than puodre. The Poudre one is a bit closer to the ones you already have. :)

Both are great! It’s a tough one. Rouge is more floral and poudree is more tender. You can’t really go wrong with narciso. They are all lovely!

I absolutely love Narcisso Rodriguez. My favorite house, but this is my least favorite out of the ones I've smelt. Which is strange because this seems to be one of everyone's favorites. I dont own it so haven't had a chance to give it it a chance. Maybe I need to buy a sample. Yet again another great review😁
I love this one. I have not tried the newest release but I’m hoping too soon. Side note have you tried Dan Tes Bras by Frederic Malle? There are so few reviews of this fragrance and I would love your take on it. You and Katie Puckrick are my favorite reviewers in the universe of the world 🌍 because you can appreciate a fragrance for its artistry and complexity and you have damn good taste. Everything you love I tend to love too! Your a gem, don’t ever stop what you do!
