The more supportive you are to the people around you, the more you can be seen as a leader. Very well said. Thank you Sridhar for a very insightful and inspiring sharing.
beautiful words , especially on : giving back to the people around you in helping them achieve more and in having a continuous urge to learn and improve
outstanding presentation!!!
What a damn absolute legend, bundle of bias, and people with attitude and intension, and challenging them knowing all these factors. Just eye opening.
This is such a good talk
very very nice talk
Thanks Sridhar! One of the best lectures, I ever "listened" .......Love from Microsoft ☺️
Passion is for your work. I can work in my field throughout the day but if you ask me to do it for others, I won`t be as passionate. Similar is the case for coding, I will maintain WLB and take time out for my kids n family. Easier said than done.
Well said, some companies crate fake urgency for delivery, and create downside for life. After all the grinding at work, only family lasts.
Whats so hard with technology career ladder if it's Malaysia as TS recognised list is public just pick some key areas under related sectors and focus on improving in the key areas

Hard to pick an area you like if you're born in India.
Sorry to say, that's just an excuse !!! Yes agreed, it may take little more time than anticipated if you were born in India.
And now he's the CEO of Snowflake!
Congrats, Mr. Ramaswamy.
This is bare bone corporate culture propaganda at best. He doesn't say much useful stuff. He also says stuff I've seen conflict based on company culture and your manager's personality.
This is BS. Talk about politics at Google Ads and how to navigate them. That would be a better TED talk.
Nothing is politics. Either you are with them or outsider. You may get something or get kicked out
Full of gas.
3:45 wasted hyperbolic cliche frustrating
This is nonsense.
Step 1: Be a brahmin and work with other Brahmins. You will automatically get promoted regardless of merit.
What are u talking about?
Are Sergey and Larry brahmins? You have messed up mentality. Please leave your baggage at the place you came from
Internet idiot found here
Brahmins are generally meritorious. The average quality is very high.
Keep Burning.
