    To be honest, I have never across a good presenter like u here on UA-cam sir, truly speaking u have a skill. I just feel bad thaf that I'm only hearing this now when my blender is already damaged, I used it barely for one month and it got damaged. This could have been avoided if I had watched this video in time. I had to order the spare part from China and it hasn't yef arrived. It hasn't been cheap for me but I had no choice. Thank you very much and keep it 🙏

      Well I think the issue could come from the power socket. If you put the blender on, and it reduces your current load or makes it go off then it's an issue with your wiring. Kindly check it out

  • @julietufot6057

    Good morning Sir, your video has been educative so far and I have subscribe.
    I just bought a silver crest blender of 8000W, with 3 liter cup.
    My question is this, can I use the blender directly on the wall socket? Since I don't know which voltage of extension to use that is suitable.
    2) my blender number is SC-9880, hope it is original?
    3) dry beans and the likes, should it be blended only on the small cup? Or any of the cup can blend both dry and fresh item?

    • @mallkie
      @mallkie  8 місяців тому +3

      Thanks for reaching out and subscribing.
      I'm answering in accordance to the numbers of the questions...
      1. Yes direct wall socket is the best as stated in the video. We further advise you let a technician check the wall socket to be sure it has the right voltage for such high capacity blender and no power fluctuations.
      2. Yes for 8000w that's the code. You still have to test run it to be sure the motor is quality. Turn it ON for more than 2 minutes continuous, don't put in any food, and check to see if the sound will change.
      3. The small jar is advised to he used for dry items because it doesn't put pressure on the motor. If you use the bigger jar and you will not overload it, then it's fine.
      I hope you got the answers, but you can reach out anytime for further discussions...

    Thank you so much for the video,the best Ave come across.but I have a question,I bought the 8000w silver crest and upon using it for the first time the motor body was hot and and has a burnt smell but it blended my food perfectly what is the cause I hope it’s not fake please explain sir?

    • @mallkie
      @mallkie  7 місяців тому +1

      Reasons why it got hot could be
      1. You connected to an extension cable having lower watts instead of direct wall plug
      2. You probably overloaded the jar or used the big jar for dry substances and overloaded it.
      Solution
      Kindly switch ON the motor without any food substance. Check the sound if it's unusual.
      If everything is OK then go ahead and use it to blend again but ensure its not overloaded and don't use extension cable.
      If there's an issue with the speed or the sound, then kindly contact your vendor.

    This is a very powerful blender but I have a challenge with mine. That plastic seater on which the transparent jar sits on is breaking like it expired. It breaks like biscuits. How can I get a replacement for it. Again how do I get the inner blender for 4500w?

    • @mallkie
      @mallkie  7 місяців тому

      It normally breaks when you don't clean it after liquids drop on it. You have to deliberately clean it after every use.
      You can buy a replacement from us. Kindly contact customer service on 0303972662.

    Thank you so much but mine have problem and I don't know how to fix it.
    When I put my stuff and on it, after one minute it will off on its own then after like five minutes it will on again. Also it's not blending well again. It cut the stuff to small small sizes instead of blending

    • @mallkie
      @mallkie  4 місяці тому

      Ok these are some few suggestions
      1. Don't power the blender with an extension cable with a lower watt, try using it directly on the wall socket.
      2. Check if the blender produces smoke when blending. If you see smoke then your motor engine is probably spoilt and must be changed.
      3. Don't overload the blender
      4. If there's no smoke, then the blender is fine. What you have to check is the black nop on top of the motor. Is it wearing out? Then it must be changed immediately, and the blender will blend food very well.
      The black nop is on top of the motor and having some small metallic teeth in it. You need that metallic teeth intact and not worn out.

    Thank you sir, I just get mine but it's smoking and also stopping sometimes when using it, I only use it once. Dose it mean is a fake?

    • @mallkie
      @mallkie  11 місяців тому

      I can't exclusively say it's fake, but the smoking could be any of these reasons:
      1. The jar was overloaded
      2. You probably were grinding hard substances and maybe used the big jar
      3. You probably used an extension cable having lower watts
      4. If you plugged directly to the power socket on the wall, then maybe the power output is not enough, and you may need a better socket.
      If any of these is not the case with you, then please contact the seller. There may be a factory problem with the blender.

      Please let it cool down for at least 2 hours and try using it again.
      This time don't put any food in the blender and start the motor.
      Check to see if there's any change in the sound and let it be ON for 2 minutes continuous.
      If there's no issue and you want to blend something, try not to overload the jar.

    • @mallkie
      @mallkie  9 місяців тому

      No it is not.
      You probably overloaded the jar, or you used the bigger jar instead of the smaller one for dry substances.
      You may have probably also used an extension board having lower watts.
      If none of the above is true, then please contact your Vendor.

      1. You didn't clean the water under the jar after washing it or using it.
      2. There's leakage, and has not been fixed.
      Solution
      - fix all leakages
      - use dry cloth to clean every liquid after the jar is used or washed

      You can see open and close at the buttom of the jar. Twist it to open and carefully open the blade (ensure it doesn't cut you).
      Wash the blade if you see that it's rusting or anything like that.
      Then fix it back carefully and try turning it yourself, without putting it on the blender motor. If it turns well then you are good to go. If it doesn't then you have to get a new jar.
      However if it turns well but when you put on the motor it doesn't turn, then the issue is with the black nop on the motor. Check to see if it has worn out inside.
      Kindly get back to us if you are successful with this exercise.

    • @mallkie

      It's normally as a result of a heated motor. The motor will heat if the blender is loaded too much or you plugged it in a wrong power socket.

    • @mallkie
      @mallkie  3 місяці тому +1

      If it's dry then use the miller. If it's cooked, you can use the big jar.
      The whole idea is not to put pressure on the motor to burn it (smoke the engine).
      So you might overload the jar if you use the bigger one for hard and dry substances, and that can cause engine burn.

    • @mallkie
      @mallkie  8 місяців тому +1

      I can't specifically say it's fake. But note these...
      1. Silver Crest may have other watts we are not aware of, so 6000w may as well be on the market by Silver Crest.
      2. Some vendors intentionally ask the factory to write higher watts on the box, where ideally it's maybe 3000w or 2800w. This happens a lot so be mindful.
      Just be mindful of the things we've stated in the video and if you notice any changes in the performance of the blender then you contact your vendor

    3) the code on the cartoon is “KE 505”, pls is it original?

    • @mallkie
      @mallkie  3 місяці тому +2

      As much as I know, Kenwood has not done a Commercial blender like this. It's an imitation.
      That does not mean that the blender may not be good for the purpose it's meant for, but the Kenwood brand was just put there by the importer or factory.

    • @mallkie
      @mallkie  10 місяців тому

      I can't conclusively say generator is not good for the blender, but the issue is if the generator is producing stable power enough for the blender. Most generators fluctuates the power generation and that could harm the motor of the blender.

      Yes. The whole idea of using the small jar for hard substances is not for you to load it too much and put pressure on the motor. The small jar and the big jar have the same blade length and sharpness.
      So if you want to use the big jar for hard substances, then kindly make sure you don't load it too much. You will put pressure on the motor and cause it to burn.

      It's not normal please. The black nob will likely worn out if this continues.
      Do this...
      1. Put your hand firmly on the jar whenever you are blending. This will help grip the blade in the nob properly.

    • @mallkie
      @mallkie  3 місяці тому

      The whole idea for using the small jar for grinding is because it can't be loaded too much to put pressure on the motor.
      In your case what you can do is to use the big jar, but don't load the dry substances too much.
      If you load the jar, and it puts pressure on the motor, you will see it smoking and eventually will stop working
